Most AI projects fail because they start with tools, not architecture. Teams pick a model, start prompting, and discover six months later that the structure is wrong. The data isn't organized for AI consumption. The agent boundaries are wrong. The knowledge layer doesn't exist.
We design the architecture first — knowledge model, agent schema, integration contracts, validation strategy — then build against a stable spec. This changes the delivery math.
We also believe in honest assessment. Not every AI project should be built. Not every backtest shows real edge. Not every architecture is sound. We'll tell you when something doesn't work.

We audit what we build. If a backtest has lookahead bias, we say so. If a prototype won't scale, we document why.
